We are currently recruiting and interested in having research assistants join The SCADD Lab team for the 2023 - 2024 academic year! All spots for Spring 2023 are filled. Undergraduate and graduate students at UNL who are interested in research about the social communication skills of autistic youth or young children with developmental disabilities are encouraged to join our team. The SCADD Lab has several ongoing projects. Depending on the stage of the various projects, you may gain research experiences:
- Recruiting potential participants
- Interviewing participants (online and/or in-person)
- Collecting data with participants (e.g., interviews, observations)
- Evaluating pre-recorded data
- Analyzing research results
- Preparing research for dissemination (e.g., manuscript preparation, conference presentations)
If you are interested in learning more or joining the team, please contact Dr. Ousley.
